"Winter City Group" has been operating in the construction field for more than 10 years and builds premium class buildings according to international standards. Our newest project "Eleven Park" residential complex is located at the intersection of Hasan Aliyev and Jalil Mammadguluzade streets. OTIS, a well-known American company, is the official supplier of elevators in our residential complex. The building will be equipped with a synchronous motor Gen2 (ReGen) model. The stone wool we use in the installation of the facade makes it maximally heat resistant.
